The guided process lets you print a structured count sheet or use the ClinicSoftware mobile app to enter physical counts as you go. The system immediately calculates variances, highlights discrepancies, and prompts you to log a reason for each one before approving the adjustments. After approval, stock levels update and a reorder recommendation list is generated for any items that are now below threshold.

Navigate to Stock then Stock Take and click Start New Stock Take.

Choose the scope of the count: a full count covering all products or a partial count by category or location.

Print the structured count sheet for manual counting or open the mobile app for digital entry on the go.

Enter the physical count against each product — the system highlights variances above tolerance automatically.
